Privacy statement

Which data this website processes and why

This privacy statement covers the website doingcode.nl. For the software I build for clients, such as Grip op Sport, I make separate arrangements with each client.

Who is responsible

DoingCode, Nick Postma, Ploegschaar 3, 7641 HH Wierden, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 08152064. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form or by email to nick@doingcode.nl.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, I store your name, email address, phone number (if you fill it in), subject and message. I only use this information to answer your question. Your message arrives in my own system and is not shared with others.

Visit statistics

To see how the website is used, I record per visit which page was viewed, when, with what kind of browser and device, from which website you came and from which IP address. This data stays on my own server, is not shared and is deleted automatically after one year at most. I do not use Google Analytics or any other external measuring service.

Cookies

The website only sets cookies that are needed for it to work: a session cookie and a cookie that protects forms. There are no cookies for advertising or tracking. Fonts and scripts come from my own server. The share buttons below the stories are plain links: only when you click one do you go to the service you choose.

Your rights

You may ask which data I have about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Send a message through the contact form. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

When the website changes, I update this statement. This version is from October 2026.
